In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we inform you that FUSSION MX, a registered trademark (R) and technology division of Eventia Meetings (Eventia), with address at Río de la Magdalena 101-19, Col. Tizapán, Del. Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City, in case of collecting your personal data, is responsible for their use, security, and confidentiality.
Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:
(I) To participate in congresses, conventions, exhibitions, trips, sporting events, cultural events, or events/meetings in general organized by Eventia and/or our clients.
(II) To send you information related to your confirmed or potential participation in congresses, conventions, exhibitions, trips, sporting events, cultural events, or events/meetings in general that organize Eventia and/or our clients.
(III) To charge for your participation in congresses, conventions, exhibitions, trips, sporting events, cultural events, or events/meetings in general that organize Eventia and/or our clients.
(IV) For the issuance of tickets, visa processing, contracting of accommodation, and transportation.
(V) To send you information for informative, marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes related to Eventia's or its clients' events, products, and services, whether through printed or electronic media.
(VI) To prepare reports and statistics requested by our clients.
(VII) To share your information with sponsors, exhibitors, and/or suppliers that we believe may be of interest to you.
(VIII) To issue receipts and tax invoices.
(IX) To include you in our client and prospect database.
(X) Recruitment and selection of candidates for a vacant position.
Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred and treated within and outside the country by entities other than this company. In this regard, your information may be shared with our clients and with the sponsors, exhibitors, and/or suppliers related to the specific event or project for which your data was collected.
If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent thereto.

- Social Security Affiliation registration number (IMSS, ISSSTE, others)
On some occasions, we may require the following personal data: present and future health status, racial or ethnic origin, considered sensitive according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. In which case, you may or may not give your express consent at the time of providing them. We commit to treating them under the strictest security measures that guarantee their confidentiality.
You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their processing or revoke the consent you have granted us for this purpose, by submitting a request that must contain at least the following:
* Full name, address, and email of the owner of the Personal Data, or another means to communicate the response to your request.
* Documents that prove the identity or legal representation of the owner of the Personal Data.
* Clear and precise description of the Personal Data regarding which one of the aforementioned rights is sought to be exercised.
* Any other element or document that facilitates the localization of the Personal Data.
* Indicate the modifications to be made and/or the limitations on the use of the Personal Data, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
* Provide documentation to support your petition.
We commit to communicate the adopted decision to the owner of the Personal Data within a period not exceeding 20 business days counted from the date the request was received. This period may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it. Based on the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law, we will inform the owner of the Personal Data of the meaning and motivation of the resolution, by the same means by which the request was made, and said resolution will be accompanied by the relevant evidence, if applicable.
When the request is appropriate, it will be made effective within 15 business days following the communication of the adopted resolution.
The owner has the right to file a data protection request with the Federal Institute for Access to Information (IFAI) in relation to the response received or, where applicable, for the lack of response on our part. Such request must be filed by the owner within 15 business days following the date on which the response is communicated to the owner by us, and will be subject to the provisions of the Law.
In case of requests for access to Personal Data, it will be necessary for the applicant or their legal representative to prove their identity in advance. The obligation to access information will be deemed fulfilled when we make the Personal Data available to the owner or by issuing simple copies or electronic documents. In the event that a person requests access to their Personal Data presuming that they are the responsible party and it turns out that they are not, it will be sufficient for us to indicate this to the owner by any means (of those established in this section) to consider the request addressed.
We may deny total or partial access to Personal Data or the rectification, cancellation, or opposition to their processing, in the following cases:
- When the applicant is not the owner or the legal representative is not accredited to do so.
- When the applicant's Personal Data is not found in our Database.
- When the rights of a third party are harmed.
- When there is a legal impediment or a resolution from an authority.
- When the rectification, cancellation, or opposition has been previously carried out, so that the request lacks subject matter.
